What is “Mink” hair?
Mink is simply just a higher grade of virgin hair.
What are Double Drawn Wefts?
Double Drawn hair wefts are bundles with more hairs of equal length. Our wefts increase the quality of the hair extensions and provides a more healthy, full appearance.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped once processed. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation.
If my hair is lost or stolen, can I get it replaced or a refund?
Blonde Egos is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged package during transit. In the event this happens, please contact your delivery courier,
Once I place my order, can it be cancelled?
Unfortunately once your order is submitted, we are not able to cancel. We encourage customers to review their order thoroughly before submitting. Orders are eligible for store credit only within 10 days of delivery date as long as the hair extensions are in original condition.
I would like to return my order, how do I receive store credit?
To be eligible for store credit: Hair can NOT be washed, installed, cut, chemically processed, bleached, colored, or tampered within in any way. To start your return please email us at: myblndego@gmail.com
Please be sure to include your order # and reason for return. All items must be returned back to us in original packaging and original condition. Once order is received, your store credit will be issued. Please allow 5 business days for processing upon receipt. We do not accept exchanges.
How many bundles should I order?
Depends on the lengths you want to order. For a full sew-in, we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For longer lengths starting at 20" & up, we recommend 4 bundles of hair. Be sure to check out our frontals and closures if you do not wish to leave any of your hair out in your sew-in. These complete your sew-in look while also protecting your real hair,
